The first 30 miles from Malvern are free. Past that it's $2 a mile — usually $20 to $40, and you'll see the exact number before anything is owed.
Questions
How much space do you need?
A flat spot about 25 feet by 12, plus room for the truck to pull in and back out. A two-car driveway works. Firm, level grass works. Church and school lots are ideal. Not sure? Send a photo when you book.
Can we book any trailer on the list?
Not yet. Construction Crew is on the road; the rest are in the build queue. Every trailer listed is one we're actually building, and the ones people ask for get built first.
Does the price change by trailer?
No. A gaming trailer and a soft-play trailer cost the same for the same two hours. Trailer-specific extras are always listed as add-ons.
Is there a limit on how many kids?
Not for the trailer — invite the whole class, the rental costs the same. The only thing that scales is what we hand each child to take home: packages cover 15 kids, and it's $7 a head after that. About 10 to 12 play comfortably inside at once, so bigger groups rotate through while the rest eat cake.
Why don't you charge per kid for the trailer?
Because you're renting a trailer, not buying tickets. Charging by the head means a parent doing math on which friends to cut, and we'd rather not be the reason anyone gets left off the list. The only per-child line on our price list is the take-home item and favor bag — an actual object for an actual child — and the first 15 are already in your package.
Do you stay during the party?
Always. A host runs the stations, resets between rounds, and keeps the little ones out of the big kids' way. Not a substitute for parent supervision, but it takes most of the work out of it.
What if it rains?
The play space is covered, so light rain is fine. Storms, lightning or unsafe conditions reschedule free to any open date within 90 days. We decide together by the morning of.
Do you need power or water?
No. The trailers are self-contained. A couple of the lighting-heavy ones run better near an outdoor outlet; we'll say so when you book.
How do we hold a date?
A $100 deposit locks it in and comes off your total. Balance is due the day of. Cash, card, or the usual apps.
How far ahead should we book?
Spring and fall weekends fill four to six weeks out. Weekdays and winter usually need about a week. If your date is close, ask anyway.
Schools, churches, festivals?
Some of our favorites. Same hourly pricing, with a second host and rotating groups for big crowds. Tell us the headcount and how long you need us.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, and we can provide a certificate for any venue that requires one — just tell us when you book so there's time to get it issued.
